FRAMES

Only one original frame of each style listed below is available for sale.  All are currently available unless noted otherwise.  Photographs can be purchased with frame or separately.  Shipping charges extra.

Pricing:   3x5 - $8.00    4x6 - $12.00     5x7 - $15.00    8x10 - $20.00 

Photography pricing includes shipping within the U.S. only.  All others, add $5.00.  Photographs will be printed on glossy paper without a border.

We accept money orders, bank checks, or personal checks.  Payment by personal check will not be considered “payment” until the check has cleared the bank.  We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Contact the Gallery via email at:  cwphillips@artitupgallery.com.  Please include your full name, the item(s) you are interested in purchasing and a daytime phone number.  We will reply with confirmation of the item’s availability, total price, remittance information, and details of our return policy. 

If we have not received payment after 7 days from the date of the Gallery email, the item(s) will be made available to other buyers.  We never sell or share the information you give us.

return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 10 days of receipt, however you must first contact the Gallery via email stating you would like to return an item.  At that time, you will receive detailed return instructions.  Then, repackage the item exactly the way you received it, using the original packing materials. Next, insure the package for the purchase price and ship the package at your expense.

If the item is received at the Gallery in acceptable condition, you will be refunded the purchase amount. 

The return shipping/insurance costs will NOT be refunded.  A check, via certified mail, will be mailed to you within 15 days of receipt of your returned item. 

If you have concerns about color matching, you may request that a photograph of the frame be mailed to you that will depict the colors as accurately as possible.  Review frames sizes carefully to ensure it will meet your needs.

shipping

Once we receive payment, the item(s) will be shipped to you insured.  The quickest way to have your items(s) shipped is to pay by bank check or money order.  Once a personal check clears, on average 10 days, your item(s) will be shipped. You will receive an email notice of shipping date and shipper tracking information.

All items are shipped via UPS or USPS, unless otherwise requested.  If your package and item(s) arrive damaged, please contact the Gallery immediately to initiate a claim through the carrier.

Up to $100.00 - add $9.00        Over $100 - add $13.00 

Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost to you.
